What is working from home like at Dollar Tree?

The atmosphere here is very great!

They cut back on work from home time

- Pay is painfully low considering the cost of living in this area - Lack of communication and visibility - There’s no culture - Too many people with SVP & VP positions adding to the already overly complex organizational structure - The job is entry level and very boring for people with any outside office experience
