      Pros

      - lovely atmosphere and staff - great if you love the products - huge discounts - fun themed dress up days - generally relaxed dress code for alternative people

      Cons

      - pay was not great

      Overall it was.. fine

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - doesnt really have a dress code - employee disocunt - coworkers are typically fun and friendly - its a prefectly fine for someone just entering the work force or if you need a second job for extra money. -if you dont care and have no asspiration for moving up in the company, its a perfectly fine job

      Cons

      - you will get no hrs as an associate - youre expected to do a lot for little compensation - wolf in sheeps clothing. This is a corporation that profits off of the alt comunity without actually being alt. Only stayed so long because I had a really good store manager. I left because of major gastlighting from higher ups. -after one of the best fiscal years for the company (in my district), they rewarded us by cutting our bonuses.

      Pros

-employee discount -mall discount -no set uniform just a dress code -friendly customers and coworkers

      Cons

-overly encouraged to spend money at the store -I felt that for a place that claimed to be inclusive they felt it very hard not to insist on putting me into a box and making me feel judged for not having similar views.
