this new mandate in US to go 3 days a week in the office is putting off a lot of workers who have long commute times. Other than that, IBM is a great company to work for.

Fair compensation, nice people and some of the subsidiaries have some great tech.

IBM have made all their HR team redundant and replaced it with a bot that links to their documentation. I am 6 weeks into to job and I do not have access to expense system, any benefit systems (including pension) and have missed out on the employee stock window at no fault of my own. This is a shocking way to treat new employees and the company should be embarrassed.
