      Business Outlook

      Pros

Excellent benefits package, great PTO, guaranteed work with overtime paid daily, weekly pay.

      Cons

Merger made them stingy and they don't stay up with COLA, all employees make the same wage no matter your seniority in the warehouse, strict time standards cause excessive employee turnovers, hard on the body for the lack of raises in pay.

      Don't ever get hurt

      Experienced assistant grocery manager
      Current employee
      Louisville, CO
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

-They pay you on time. -Most of the employees are great people who are very nice.

      Cons

-Huge emphasis on district/corporate standards that are impossible to achieve within budgeted hours. -Never enough people working. -If you're management, you will do the job of 5-6 people constantly. -HR sucks -LOA system is absolutely broken. -They take most of the money generated to pay back shareholders, executives and district management

They don't give a crap about you

      Floral manager
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      You get pay check weekly.

      Cons

They don't care about you. No matter how good of an employee you are. They will throw you under the bus and crap on you to make themselves look good infront of all the souless management. I was told my loss of a loved one was a "Personal problem" and because I could not remember who I asked too approve my bereavement over a month ago I was told I did not ask permission despite never failing to ask for the past 6 years I have been here. Don't work here. Your nothing but an unfortunate necessity to them. Don't get hurt there either. The doctors they send you too are on their payroll and will make it impossible for you too get the appropriate benefits. I have watched so many of my peers who sustained on the job injuries end up loosing their job and be left with no type of income.

      Business Outlook

      Pros
