What are perks and other benefits like at SolarWinds?

Colleagues are great, benefits and time off are decent. Ground level Management do care about your wellbeing.

The high earners in the company need to communicate more and stop using buzzwords to hype up pizza party's, justify layoffs and pretending return to office is a fantastic idea.

Competitive benefits, good culture, coworkers are amazing, excellent software

Guidance from leadership has not always been clear, hybrid work policy is not popular with everyone, change sometimes comes too slowly, a few high-level executives have been destructive to employee morale.

The benefits were decent and the coworkers were nice

Did not have direction. Goals are unreachable to the point I basically did not have a pay raise from my previous job as there was 0 chance to make the numbers they expected. Did not listen to feedback.

Keep in mind that people are motivated to write reviews when they have something bad to say. So please don’t take the negative reviews as consensus. I love being a Solarian. I could see myself working at SolarWinds for the rest of my life. People here are family. Some have been there for years, if not over a decade, and that says a lot - especially for sales where turnover is notoriously high. This is a company that cares about its employees which is evidenced from the benefits, flexible in-office hours, unlimited food and caffeine, workshops, and team outings. The HQ is absolutely stunning. There is never drama nor gossip. Employees care for the success and happiness of their counterparts.
