      Business Outlook

      Pros

free food; discount on products; first dibs on new cups; flexible work schedule

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Standards are well laid out, growth opportunities abundant if you're willing to relocate, benefits are great (yearly bean stock, limited free food/drinks throughout your work shift per week, 30% off anything else)

      Cons

Standards are taught differently from what is written down sometimes, work environment is heavily dependant on coworkers (of which I had a couple of really toxic ones). Several managers that took over our store would tell us if we had to call out sick that it had to be 2 hours or more before, and we needed to find coverage on our own. If we couldn't find anyone, they would tell us we had to come in to work. As someone who doesn't own a car, it was difficult to aim for promotion because it was always offered at different locations since there were no openings at my store. There were consistently scheduling issues on Thursdays

      Great part time job
