Does Starbucks offer massages?

Pros

Depending on where you live and how many hours you have, the pay can be very worth it. There are a lot of cool benefits like free food, free drinks, the Bean Stock Program that gives workers free starbucks stock, the CUP Fund that that gives works a grant up to $1000 in times of need, as well as tuition reimbursement

Cons

Overbearing managers, frequent rude customers, no week is the same, as your hours can quickly change without warning

Pros

I remember having a good pension, flexibility of time and benefits (free weekly coffee, discounts on mugs and other coffee paraphernalia, etc)

Cons

The team wasn't very open and communication was sometimes a struggle. The culture of the company was not always in place, unfortunately.

Fun coworkers, relationships with regulars, free coffee, free college opportunity, flexible hours, part time insurance benefits, free mental health therapy, frequent breaks, great diversity and inclusion.

Cons

A lot of work for not a lot of money. Stressful environment during busy times, lot of turnover

Advice to Management

Appreciate and value your partners. Ask what they need from you rather than saying what you want and need from them all the time. Ask new people how they learn best and how you can help them grow. Don't make people feel small.

This year, more than 230,000 partners in 21 markets will receive Bean Stock -- an annual allotment of Starbucks stock given to all benefits-eligible employees. Bean Stock began in 1991 – the first of its kind in the retail industry – on the same day Starbucks opened its 100th store. Howard Schultz stood at the company’s roasting plant in Seattle and announced that all Starbucks employees would receive company stock. “When we introduced Bean Stock… a first for the retail industry, we began to call ourselves partners, sharing in the company’s success,” wrote Schultz, Starbucks interim chief executive officer, in a letter to partners on Monday.
