      Pros

Good benefits, flexible schedule, decent pay compared to other jobs asking for higher education level

      Cons

Inconsistent scheduling, not all SMs held to same training standards, stressful store operations expectations

      Pros

Most coworkers are nice, you get a lot of benefits, the pay is decent, and the work is not so hard

      Cons

The manager expects you to know everything in a week and throws a tantrum when you do something not to mention stares at you waiting for you to make a mistake. Rolls her eyes, basically makes you feel unwanted. Clearly has favorites and I wasn’t one of them.

      Inconsistent

      Business Outlook

      Pros

The pay is good for an entry level customer service job and the benefits are great, including the free college and 401k plan.

      Cons

There is poor staffing and a lack of accountability.

      Pros

Great team, great manager and pay is better than similar jobs with different companies

      Cons

Starbucks changes their mind a lot. They’ll make changes that suggest they’ve not consulted anyone actually working in a busy Starbucks environment and then revert those changes when they don’t work after a month or so.

Pay is good but can be stressful

      Pros

I loved my coworkers and the teamwork aspect, you get close with your team and form good bonds. The benefits are decent and the pay is pretty good, especially with credit card tips.

      Cons

it is tough work with lots of manual cleaning tasks daily and weekly, besides the exploitation of workers it is a really fun environment.

      I don’t recommend
