      *No degree required *Most positions are Internal employees trained and promoted to SM * Pay is high compared to other food service and small operation retail jobs *Great health insurance options

      Cons

      *Work life balance (expect 60 hours weekly your first 2 years or anytime you move stores) *No upward mobility. DM positions are scarce and many are outside hires.*COLA or annual pay increases and benefit changes are more substantial for hourly workers than management. *Now with tech you are expected to work from home including days off *Culture is toxic
