      Great culture, amazing colleagues. They pay well and the benefits are great, they provide a core contribution to your 401K annually. Training is fantastic, so much covered, employees feel confident going to work in their office afterwards. The ability to grow within the company is definitely there!! They truly care about their employees and customers. Fun place to work!

      On the retail side, the Regional Market Manager in the North Coastal region could do better, see offices as a team, get to know the employees rather than focusing strictly on Store Manager's comments, be fair and listen to all employees.
