      Pros

Work life balance as a mobile developer was great. Learned a lot. Fully Remote.

      Cons

Never met my team in person. Was assured a contract extension and then contract was revoked two weeks later for non-performance related reasons. Communication on the side of TD in terms of contracts with both myself and my contracting agency was slow resulting in contract lapses and small breaks from work.

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Literally nothing. Zero pros for me.

      Cons

Schedule is all over the place. Fridays could be 10 hour days then they throw a 2.5 hour shift in. You can’t keep tissues at the station or any personal items not even a water bottle. No sitting. Again the ten hour days and no sitting and no water. Then literally have to get permission to leave for restroom break.

      Pros

Work from home Culture is very inclusive and health insurance support LGBTQ+ care Some contact center managers are very supportive

      Cons

Back to back calls with minimal breaks You need to schedule PTO pretty far ahead and hope WFM approves it No clear support for leaving the Contact Center Pay is decent but good luck negotiating
