It was a career fair , just went in and immediatley had an interview with the Main trainer. She just asked general questions. like when was the last time you helped someone reach a goal. What experience do u have in customer service

I still haven't got the interview, but they told me that I have to be prepared with a exercise program, and before they asked me if I knew anything about sales.

Hiring manager contacted me and set up an interview for 30 minutes and got hire and start the following week. But I end doing more sales then the actual training. There is sales qouta that you have to mee monthly. You make more on commission then training at least for me.
Simple, just ask where to go and front desk attendant brought me to their office. Average interview questions and discussion about sales. Seemed to dismiss some of the points I was making to discuss further matters
