I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 24 Hour Fitness (Corona, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
The hiring Manager was welcoming, we sat he asked questions. He revisited the importance of gym member and potential customer experience, "so try to be personal with members." The topic of sales was brought up. It was not mentioned in the listing or the application, but he did explain and emphasize that as a front desk rep you have to make sales, and reasonable quotas are outlined weekly and monthly. I was bummed about that aspect. The rest of the interview went well, general stuff.
Had a great phone conversation, set up a interview date and time. When I was on my way I called to confirm only to find out that the interviewer had left. Ok, things happened but I was never notified or called to reschedule.
