i just got the rejection email which is fine as I already accept another offer with much better salary in a tier one tech company a month ago. What I want to say about the recruitment process of 2k is, talent recruitment is pretty like a dual selection, I didn’t get the offer that only because the interviewers may think I am not a good fit (me as well, the role is more business focused not tech) and I rejected other offers as well, that’s not because the companies are not good enough. But from the rejection email, I can feel a clear ‘not good’ feedback, which I think it’s really unprofessional. I have received several offers and rejections, but this one is the only one that made me feel unprofessional. And that is, good luck.

Question 1
They walk through the codes, but I felt they may prefer excel rather than codes, during the interview process, I got my understanding about the role, more marketing and excel things. Really not a good fit, but I forgot to withdraw my application as working on other offers.
