I went on 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a phone interview and then two in-person interviews. I felt really good about them all and was told they would be making a decision within the week but I never heard back after following up via email twice. I would have appreciated some form of communication. They literally just disappeared and I later learned that they had hired someone from within.
