There was an initial 45-minute interview with both the recruiter and the hiring manager. The flexibility in choosing a suitable time slot and the option to reschedule was convenient.
During the interview, the questions seemed quite basic, and I'm uncertain if it effectively allowed them to grasp my skills and experiences. Overall, I sensed a lack of enthusiasm from both interviewers, giving me the impression that they were conducting a preliminary screening to compare candidates rather than genuinely exploring my potential fit for the role.
Despite reaching out for feedback a month ago, I have yet to receive any response, and my follow-up attempts with the recruiter have gone unanswered. It's disappointing not to have closure on the interview process.
