Interviewed yesterday with regional sales manager - really laid back Q&A. Asked about my prior experience, resume, college experience etc. Gave very insightful information regarding the position. I'm currently waiting to hear back.

The process was very smooth, the managers brought me into the waiting room for the interview. Very causal but they did not seen to be prepare as I show up 20 mintues early than my appointment

Very well conducted. We met at a career fair and the next day I got an interview. It was a really good interview. He was very professional and seemed passionate about what he does.

Interview
About an hour long, though we were discussing his career and experience in the company as well. He was a Houston Terminal hiring manager who expressed how important the Trainee position is to anyone who wants to move up in the company. He was very nice, and the questions were manageable.
