I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Bridgewater, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
Quick and easy, theynasked about my work history, they likes that I had never been a never before, asked 5 questions pertaining to scenarios like dealing with and angry customer or seeing and employee steal and what would you do type of thing
It was very quick and casual. The person interviewing almost looked like he didn't care too much about my answers. The questions were pretty much what might be asked at a typical job interview.
I interviewed back in 2018. The over all application process was very slow. I recommend getting an email over a phone number because the phone was constantly ringing. The managers and personnel are very nice.
