I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ASDA (Dunbar, Scotland) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview process consisted of one face to face interview with an Asda employee where we discussed my experience and suitability for the role, this was following my online application in which I answered a series of questions regarding hypothetical situations involving customers in the store. Having successfully completed this stage, I was phoned up and invited to interview. Following this I was phoned again and offered a job.
Ok. A lot of questions though and they don’t really seem relevant to the position. Not sure why you get asked when you’ve gone above and beyond to be honest
