I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ASDA in Nov 2020
Interview
Due to covid the interview was over the phone. She called me out of the blue one evening and asked if I was available for a phone interview right that moment. I think I would have preferred some notice before the interview because it was my first one and I wasn't expecting the call. If you apply to a job at asda you might want to prepare for the interview straight away so you don’t get caught out. She was very nice and relaxed though.

Question 1
Tell me a bit about yourself and any experience you have
Good interview process, nice staff. Would recommend trying. Not too difficult. Friendly and comprehensive interview process. Just asking about previous work history etc, walking through my cv then a few example projects.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
