Interview
Very straight forward. It was supposed to be a group interview but due to unforeseen circumstances had to reschedule and got a 1-1 instead. The interviewer was very calm and helped with any nerves I had at the time. I was offered the job a couple of days later but had to decline due to a family emergency coming up.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
Easy competency questions with one interviewer. Some questions about how you'd help customers and work with colleagues. Some questions about my background and how I could make a positive impact.
