Group exercises and customer service based interview. A few assessors but they were all friendly and wanted you to engage. Some ice breaking activities followed by a tour around the store and an interview

How did you prioritise customers during a busy period
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
Easy competency questions with one interviewer. Some questions about how you'd help customers and work with colleagues. Some questions about my background and how I could make a positive impact.
