Lots of questions about your CV, interests and experience. Such as tell me about your hobbies? What was your previous salary? Do you have any holidays booked? Describe a time you have worked in a team?

Interview
First was a brief telephone interview. This was very straightforward and more just a check in to confirm motivations for the role.
Then came a fairly straightforward interview round of mainly behavioural questions
3rd round was a group interview that focussed more on the insurance product and our understanding of what the job entailed
