Two step process, if you pass the online psychometric tests you will get invited forward for a video interview.
The tests are more like games, which test certain natural abilities. My advice for this is to just be yourself and not to worry about it. I thought I did terribly, only to find I received an invite for an interview.
The interview was competency based, with 5 questions asked. They are all focussed on the values of the company, so do your research beforehand and practice your answers using the STAR method. They also asked my what I could bring to the role, my career history, etc.
The interviewers were very relaxed and go out their way to help you with answers if you’re stuck, so don’t be afraid to ask for clarification!
