I had a HR screening, then an interview with the person I'd be working for, followed by a final interview with the director. All the interviews were online over Teams.
The HR screening gave me an overview of the role and company as well as making sure the pay and benefits were aligned with my expectations. The second interview was good to get an understanding of what the day to day role looks like, with the final interview being helpful to gain an understanding of the direction of the business.
