Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter, then a face-to-face in Bournemouth with members of the sales team. What struck me as surprising was the fact that I wasn't just asked if I was applying to any other roles, but what roles they were and then I was left to defend why I was applying for them. I understand that asking a candidate if they're applying to any other jobs is normal, but it struck me as nosey being pressed on that matter.
