I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Concord, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was the only person to be interviewed, even though I was told it was going to be a group interview. It was pretty relaxed and we talked about sports as an icebreaker. The interview was held just outside the store which I found a bit awkward since a lot of customers also hung around the front of the store. It was also loud which was a bit distracting as it was hard to hear one another. The interview lasted about a half an hour. There were a lot of situational questions to go through.

Question 1
What does diversity mean to you and why is it important?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
