I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Maple Grove, MN) in May 2011
Interview
I came in on a Wednesday and was aksed to apply. Had an interview on Friday. Was offered a position on Monday. If they want you, they will call you. They do not call to tell you that you weren't picked. You were given a group interview with other prospective employees. The key is to look the part by dressing in Abrrcrombie clothes navy, white, and sometimes grey are best and their super skinny jeans (both guys and girls). Guys should wear a woven with a white crew neck undershirt. Be sure to cuff your jeans and look as natural as possible. Leave hair down and natural makeup. No orange tans. No gum. Leather or navy flip flops are a must! Be bubbly and friendly. They are trying to improve customer service so if you seem standoffish chances are you won't get the job.

It was very direct pretty easy I felt very prepared and didn’t feel very nervous I wondered if I was asking the right question. I felt happy about it and you shouldn’t feel worried
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Brookfield, WI)
Interview
It was normal and it was fine. I think it was average as an interview. Nothing more I can think of. Just a normal interview. That is all. Nice and simple-nothing more I can think of

Super easy interview at the mall. The girl was really nice who interviewed me. I got asked to apply at the store and then in a couple days I had an interview.
