I was asked to try out for the position during my final year in University. Went down for the information session and then got shortlisted to go down for the 1st round of interviews. It was a group interview. The questions weren't too difficult and all. Got through that and viola!

"How's it going" is the tagline of our company... could you say it out loud once?
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.

Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
