You have to fill out the instore application. I waited about 2 weeks before I got a call back. It was for a group interview. They ask about 5 questions and everyone gets to respond. You must shine at the interview. I got the Job

I applied on Craigslist and got a call from Abercrombie and fitch recruiting office. The interview was at 9pm. I came in a little earlier to fill out the application. They had us wait. Then we was interview as a group and she asked us to tell a little bit about ourselves & asks 4 questions. Very relax and calming . She either called on us or we raised our hands. Then we asked any questions we had and was told that they were conducting background checks and told us within 10 business days they will or wouldn't hear from them .
