I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Universal City, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was super casual and I was interviewed with one other person. It lasted about 15 minutes and the questions that were asked were pretty simple questions that have the interviewer a sense of what kind of personality you have. I was called by my interviewer 2 days after my interview letting me know I got the job. If you're stuck on what to wear then I'd suggest visiting an Abercrombie store sometime before your interview and see what their employees are wearing and then dress like one of them for your interview. They're really just looking for someone who has a natural look, is outgoing, and pretty much looks like they should be working at Abercrombie.

Interview
The interview process was one on one with a manager. The interview was chill and easy, mostly because the person who interviewed me was very nice and friendly. Thus, I could talk more freely and show my personality. I got a call about a week later getting the job!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
There are group interviews for cast members with store management and one-on-one interviews for management positions with the district manager. The process is just using regular retail questions, i.e. about your customer service, how you would problem solve, and sometimes they ask about your hobbies.

The interview process was simple. If they like your fashion sense you'll easily get in, also if you're pretty. Make sure to know your styles and its a major plus if you plan on going into the fashion industry.
