There was no interview process. I received a generic email asking me to record myself answering questions. Definition of the word "Interview": "A meeting of people face to face, especially for consultation." Ref: Oxford Languages "Your video "interview" will consist of a set of prerecorded questions for you to answer using your computer webcam and microphone, or you may complete it using your cell phone. Ideally, this would be in a quiet, private space with a solid internet connection and the ability to use both video and audio. " So no actual interview. This is rude at best, and open to abuse at worst.

It was a video interview, no more than ten minutes. They asked the same question twice, but reworded. The examples they gave on the website were a lot easier than how they actually were. Nevertheless, the questions were easy to answer, it was just confusing that they were practically the same- so I found myself saying the same things. I got no response back at all, neither negative or positive. I would’ve at least liked an email back explaining that I didn’t get the job.
