I applied online and heard back from HR within a week. I took an online cognitive test, which was pretty easy, but they only give you a small amount of time to complete. I had a phone interview with the VP of Sales, then soon after with another VP. I also had to re-take the test on Skype with HR.
I didn't hear anything for about a week, so I followed up with HR. I heard nothing from them, so I followed up with the VP twice. After weeks of waiting and making it clear I was juggling other offers, I got an email that said they were finalizing candidates to bring in-office. Two weeks after that, I got an email from HR that I needed to do another phone interview with someone that had literally just started 2 weeks earlier. HR kept scheduling the wrong time and when we did get it coordinated the interviewer was 40 minutes late. After the call he asked ME what the next steps were. I said I would love to meet in person, and he said that would probably be best and to follow up the next week. I followed up twice, no response, then received a vague email from HR that the position was on hold for unspecified amount of time.
I've interviewed for a lot of jobs, and this was definitely the worst/most un-organized process. I also recently saw that VP of 16 years, Mike Reilly has left Active which makes me think this company is not doing well.
