Interview
You will take a writen test and talk with a your recruiter who likely has a degree in Psychology who builds a profile and reports back to the company were you will be working are not. Then if you pass the tests you will have to interview with that company with a large pool of other candidates an hope you are picked. Then you are placed on probation for 6 months or as long as you work for them because you are temp.
