They came to my college, and shortlisted people after reviewing their resumes and portfolios. Then there was an hour long interview, and they selected 2 people, out of around 10 people.

They were hiring from my college, I was shortlisted for UX design role, interviewed, and then they proceed to hire my classmate who wasn’t even short-listed, ghosted me, I did try to get some feedback, but they never sent rejection as well, just ghosted to shortlist again after 6 months without applying
