I had 3 interviews, initially HR called and arranged for a HR screening and then interview with PMs and then management. All interviews were virtual and they were very friendly throughout the process

Felt like the interviewer did not prepare to ask me any questions about myself? It's like I had to come up with things to say and asking them questions about Aecon rather than them taking an active interest in my experiences at all.
It is just a simple getting to know you before actual interview. It is a pre screening that is only 15 minutes. Stuff like describe who you are and why you are interested.
It is just an HR call, but it's great to learn about the company, safety standards, staff, and management. It's not as difficult an interview as I expected. It is a top-notch company in infrastructure development. So, if you get a call for an interview you must attend.
