The process consist of a pre-test, 3 video interviews, and a 4-5 hour in person interview with 5 employees. They ask various questions regarding my own personal experiences and knowledge about the job. The questions also included some tests to see my analytical skills.

Interview
I didn't get the job, but the interview was so good, no pressure, no rush. They just let us introduce ourselves and talk about work descriptions and other things. I apply for the Chinese language-related position, so there was a Chinese test, it was a bit hard, so prepare yourself well.
