J'ai postulé en spontané via leur site d'embauche en novembre 2014. Alors que je n'y pensais plus du tout, j'ai eu un retour de leur part début janvier. La 2e étape constitue en un HireArt, c'est à dire 7 questions, auxquelles il faut répondre soit par vidéo, soit par texte. Questions diverses comme : "avez-vous déjà aidé quelqu'un sans y etre obligé ?", "quel est le plus dur emploi que vous ayez fait ?" "comment couper un cake en 8 parts égales avec juste 3 coupes ?", etc. Une semaine plus tard, email de convocation à leur siège à Dublin. Malheureusement, je n'ai pu m'y rendre pour obligations personnelles...

I applied online, and it took about two weeks to get my first interview. The entire interview process felt casual, friendly, and honestly quite enjoyable overall.
1. Screening Interview with HR
They asked about my previous experience and why I was interested in a customer experience role. There was also a Q&A session about the position itself, along with a role-play exercise based on a real customer support scenario.
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
After passing the first stage, I completed an online assessment. The hiring manager interview focused more on practical customer support situations and role-play exercises involving real-case scenarios.
3. Final Interview
The final round mainly focused on core values, culture fit, and my passion for the role.
