It was pretty straightforward. They look for commitment and honesty. You have to be passionate as well. Not anything you can’t do if you are good at representing yourself. They dont need past experience.
- Why do you think you will succeed? How do you handle customer complaints? Is relocating a problem?

Wish I could tell you! I have done a plethora of interviews, and never once have I been completely ghosted and stood up by a recruiter. Don't believe the millions of texts they send you leading up to the interview because, evidently, they intend never to call you.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Orem, UT
I applied online. I interviewed at Alder (Orem, UT) in Jan 2023
Applied on Indeed and received an email and text to schedule a 15 minute phone call as a pre interview process. Then received a text to schedule an interview online for the times available. Picked one for a date that worked for me. I received a response with the address of where the interview would take place. The interview went great! Very nice.
- They asked me multiple questions about myself and my personality. Mostly testing if it would be a good fit for me. Asked about my career goals and where I saw myself long term.

Met with 2 other candidates, received briefing on position requirements. Interview setting felt uncomfortable, and I received an offer after only one interview. Interview process was pretty informal, and I chose not to continue after.
- Early on in the interview they asked what one of my hobbies are, then later on I had to come up with a 2 minute pitch about why one should take up my hobby.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Charlotte, NC
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alder (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2021
Interviewer went on discussing strange intern games such as rock/paper/scissors for large sums of money. Seemed a bit like a cult or pyramid scheme or something. Questions were pretty standard, but I never heard back from them.
- Q: Time you overcame a challenge

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Raleigh, NC
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alder (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2021
they interview you in a group, which is very odd. They only talked about the commission and how much you can make. It is a glorified door-to-door sales position. I would avoid this company, it is very sketchy on how they run things
- They asked us to sell ourselves and why they should hire us

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Alder
Friendly, informative, encouraging Put me at ease. Got me excited about working with them. It is how interviews should be conducted. Took 30 minutes. All quest were relevant. No trick questions as such.
