I am going to give insights regarding user interview. Before the interview, you need to pass several tests. In the user interview, they did opening and closing with staff from human resources division while the main interview questions were asked by an user of the division that you are applied for.

Piuttosto lungo. Consiste in 4-5 colloqui con persone di diverse seniority, Ovviamente dipende dall'unità in cui si applica. Si parte con HR, poi dipende: può capitare con respondabile diretto ma dopo si possono fare colloqui anche con top manager

Excellent, it was fast and quick through all the rounds of interviews and had to wait little before all the documentation are done.
Allianz is looking for good communication skills and people who have a long term goal. It's probably not for freshers who is thinking to join here for experience. It's for people with mentality to grow grow and grow.
