The interview process was very interesting as well as considerate. Despite not being selected as the final candidate, the hiring team went above and beyond by personally calling me to inform me of their decision. This level of thoughtfulness and professionalism truly impressed me and left a lasting positive impression.
The first phone interview, conducted by HR felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview. The atmosphere allowed me to relax and showcase my qualifications and experience in a more natural way.
During the second interview with the Head of the Department, although there were some typical questions about my successes and failures in my career, the interviewer was able to skillfully steer the conversation towards a more personal level. They were able to extract insights about my personality and values from my answers, which made the interview feel more engaging and meaningful.
