I applied directly with the agent. I interviewed with the office manager, office staff and the agent. All had to agree that I was a fit for the office.
It was pretty easy. Very straight forward. They didn't have any hidden questions. Asked about work ethic and where you see yourself in 5 years etc etc. Had 2 interview processes. Responded quickly. Easy to deal with.
Easy interview process. Worked with a third part interview company to begin with and then eventually met with the agency owner. Went through two interviews with the agency owner to discuss expectations and salary. Signed offer letter and started 2 weeks later.

Long, several interviews 2-3, over the phone then zoom. I felt the process was took too long . However, once in the really invest in you and set you up for success.
