Tell us about how a idea is evaluated and actioned upon ?
I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring VP. The final interview was with other directors in that area. After all the interviews, they were very quick to get back to me with an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Jan 2015

Was called by the recruiter for a brief screen (tell me a bit about what you did and salary expectations) and then I emailed by the same person to come in for interviews (for about 3 hours with 3 people). It was very well organized. There was NO follow up, which I heard was common for even internal candidates. I don't think they filled the position.
