When I interviewed for the Licensed Sales Producer role, the process started with a phone screening where they asked about my background and sales experience. After that, I had a virtual interview that focused on my communication skills, ability to meet sales goals, and how I handle customer interactions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Allstate
Interview
Initial interview very good - one on one and then the written and oral testing from the corporate office, not to stressful if you know the business - Don't know why this site requires at least 30 words - but - there really isn't much advancement working at the sales locations unless you decide to open your own office or go to work for the actual copy
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allstate (Arlington Heights, IL) in Oct 2020
Interview
great job, but there are no benefits since you're not on w2. leads are ice cold. Team was very small but worked very well together. I would recommend the job to those who like to earn their own check
The process is easy going. Just wanted honest answers and to know that you are willing and able to make a sale. There are many questions on if you can make calls to random people for a sale.
