I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Sep 2024
Interview
First interview felt almost robotic. Conversation lacked fluidity and any response from the interviewer seemed to be read from a list of questions.
Second interview was alright. I didn't understand the question, so I knew immediately it was not going in my favor, haha. But, this conversation also lacked fluidity, and any question I had in regard to the problem was poorly answered by the interviewer. I don't think they wanted to be there, which is okay but felt odd on my part.
Third interview the interviewer did not show up, and I had to reschedule. Replacement interviewer was actually great and super kind! They answered all of my questions about the problem well, and made the interview feel very comfortable.

It was a 2-3 round process, depending on how your interview went, with increasingly hard DSA questions followed by some HR and behavioural questions. First round was mostly easy and medium leetcode, followed by medium and hard questions in the second round and above on more complex topics.
