I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2017
Interview
3 Phone interviews, then 1 on-site interview. The on-site included 6 1-hour interviews with multiple interviewers in each session. The interviews were entirely behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time...") based on the Amazon Leadership Principles.

Tell me about a time you wouldn’t compromise on achieving a great outcome when others felt something was good enough. What was the situation?

The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
