I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Ottawa, ON) in Jan 2022
Interview
After the phone screen, was sent a link for a programming problem, it was not a call, but an online website.
It had two problems that could be implemented naively with two nested loops, but were expected to implement with lower time complexity, otherwise some test cases would timeout.
Then showed some fake emails and multiple choice options for ranking your recommendations for the problem in the email.
Then some psychology and personality questions.
All together it was about 3 hours.
No feedback, just generic reject email.

Recruiter screen. Then 2 coding interviews then onsite rounds (another coding question, then a system design question, then HM behavioral interview). System design was simpler than other companies. Coding was leetcode ish
