The process was chaotic from HR first email, to the actual job interview, up to last email from a different HR who wasn’t aware about my decision to withdraw my application. I would say their mentality was rather dull, with no previous preparation, like the 3 people I’ve interacted with were forced to do something they didn’t like. I’ve never had such an experience in ~15 years.
