Interview process is more or less standard for a data-driven company such as Amazon. There are many pre-interview tasks that need to be completed including video interview, personality test, job-specific test, etc. These tests combined assign you a score which is later used to determine your interview eligibility

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
