I had to go through several rounds including a recruiter screen, phone screen, a writing assessment, and finally an interview pool. The interview pool lasted 5-6 hours and the entire process took about 3 weeks.

Its very good process overall, discussions would on Technical leadership, People and Program management. I really enjoyed the discussions. It would be centered around Amazon's leadership principles. System design questions. It was a 6 loop interview process.
